Anuradha has been part of the Kidyzone story from the day the school opened its gates to students, first as a volunteer, then as a teacher, then as Vice Principal, and since 2021, as President. A specialist in Social Sciences with a gift for administration, she brings a rare depth of institutional memory and steady leadership to everything Kidyzone does.

Anasua stepped into the role of Principal in 2021, succeeding our late Founder Principal, Mrs. Sujata Dutta. With over 36 years of experience across teaching, human resource management, and event management, she leads Team Kidyzone with an eye for innovation, and a heart for what makes this school special.
Kidyzone is a not-for-profit institution, governed by a board of seven members who bring diverse professional experience and a shared commitment to Kolkata's children.
