Ready to begin your child's Kidyzone journey? Here's everything you need to know before you apply.
Eligibility & Process
Children must be at least two years old to apply for Nursery. Admission is based on a simple, age-appropriate interview and assessment covering English, Hindi/Bengali, and Arithmetic — designed to help us understand your child, not to intimidate them.
The school reserves the right to decline or discontinue admission at its discretion.
Documents Required at Admission
Birth Certificate (original + photocopy)
Aadhar Card (original+ photocopy)
Original Aadhar Cards of both parents or guardians for verification purposes
Three passport-sized photographs
Withdrawal Policy
Planning to withdraw your child? We just need one full calendar month's written notice to the Principal. Without it, fees will be charged for the following month as well. Transfer Certificates are issued once all dues — including one month's tuition — are cleared.
The School Year
Kidyzone runs a single academic session each year, with classes five days a week (Saturdays and Sundays off). Families can plan around four scheduled breaks: Summer, Puja, Diwali, and a Winter/Session break.
Fees
Fees are due on all working days up to the 10th of each month; a late fee applies after that. Two months' fees are collected together ahead of the Summer Vacation, the Puja Vacation, and the end of the academic year. We accept payments via NEFT and online transfer — reach out to the school office for details.
Our Promise on Fees
Kidyzone has kept its fees subsidized for 50 years because we believe cost should never be the reason a child misses out on a strong start. What we don't subsidize is quality — our teachers, our curriculum, and our classrooms are held to the same high standard for every single child.
